We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Practice Manager to lead day-to-day operations. Operational heartbeat of the clinic, responsible for the team, the numbers, and the client experience. Direct line to management with meaningful input into strategic direction.
Full-time, permanent | Guernsey, Channel Islands | Competitive salary £42,500 (DOE)
The Vetcare Centres started over 46 years ago with a simple belief: that veterinary care should be about relationships, not transactions. Guernsey is the perfect canvas. A small island where everyone knows everyone. Where clients don't just visit once - they come back, year after year, generation after generation. Their parents brought pets here. Now they bring their children's pets. That kind of trust isn't built overnight, and it's not something we take lightly.

People: line manage reception and clinical support; lead recruitment and onboarding; drive staff retention.
Finance: manage OpEx and clinic budget; hit revenue and EBITDA targets with CFO; report KPIs weekly.
Client Experience: own the client journey; resolve complaints; champion NPS improvement.
